What You'll Do:
1. Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g engineering, food technology/science, nutrition)
2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly
4. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing ones
5. Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functions
6. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
7. Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments
