About you

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field Experience:  Experience in talent management or a similar role. Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development.  Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.  Project Management skills Experience with performance management and succession planning.  Strong leadership and team management abilities.  Familiarity with HR software and tools.  Experience in employer branding and social media management.
