Playing our part to make a difference

Danone offers numerous events and opportunities throughout the year for employees to step outside their job descriptions. Whether engaging in projects unrelated to their usual roles to broaden their skillsets or participating in voluntary initiatives that positively impact local communities, every endeavor is celebrated. Employees are empowered to contribute to various causes, supporting voluntary organizations. The emphasis lies in the collective effort, highlighting the importance of coming together to make a meaningful difference.

Small things make big things happen

Every Danoner can support the growth of social businesses via our Micro Loan initiative. Since 2018 hundreds of Danoners have made small loans of as little as 20€ to help finance new investments or large-scale training programs for social businesses based in Senegal, Madagascar, Haiti, Kenya and Uganda.
