Hey, I'm Dorine

And I´m Team leader Technology Projects at Danone

In our Project Technology department in Haps, our team works on optimizing baby food for specific target groups, such as children with a cow's milk allergy. Choosing Danone was a deliberate decision for me when I graduated as a food technologist. Now, 23 years later, my work is still exciting, and I truly enjoy the challenges and innovations that my job brings me on a daily basis.

From idea to end product

Danone always encourages you to go for it. Got a great idea? Then there's room to turn your plans into reality. Currently, we are using new technologies to optimize plant-based baby food, and guiding this process from the initial recipe to the final product is fantastic. Seeing what was once just an idea in your head come to life is an amazing feeling!

Developing new skills

In my 23 years at Danone, I have done a lot of different things - from specification management to product development for medical products and from process validation to, now, leadership. At Danone, you are never done learning. While I am currently developing new management skills, I'm happy to stay involved in the substantive work as well. The ideal combination, if you ask me, and another beautiful new step in a very diverse career at Danone.
