As Brand Manager, I am responsible for the communication, innovation, and growth of our brands. What energizes me? Launching innovations from A to Z. Recently, my team and I introduced an entirely new product. From organizing brainstorming sessions and market research to project management and launching the campaign - it was a thrill to see our innovation live after just six months!

I value healthy food choices, and I want to practice marketing with a purpose. By working for Danone, I'm not only involved in marketing our products to little ones, but I also contribute to the preservation of our planet, and the well-being of our patients and consumers.

Although my role as Brand Manager already allows for creativity, I also get excited about organizing parties and events. As a member of the board of Young Danone, I can go beyond my role and do even more of what I love.

SMALL GESTURES WITH BIG IMPACT

I recently bumped into our General Manager at the coffee machine. What started as a coffee break turned into a conversation about my role and job satisfaction, a typical example of engagement within the organization. In my role I receive a lot of support and trust, helping me achieve my ambitions. This creates an environment where you are encouraged to expand your knowledge and skills, contributing to the success of the brand.
