In my job, I handle everything HR-related, from onboarding to performance reviews and personal development. My passion lies in working with and for people. What I do to unwind after a hectic day? As soon as I get home, I throw on my headphones and hit the gym. It's my chance to be 'anti-social' for a bit, and it helps me regain full energy for a new day ahead.

In the past, I mainly associated Danone with yoghurts for kids. Little did I know that Danone also works in the medical field and supports patients and premature babies. The work we do is incredibly meaningful, and that's what fuels everyone´s passion on the work floor – knowing we're making a real impact.

Despite being part of a global company with over 100,000 colleagues, there is a strong sense of community here at Danone. As building connections with my team is crucial to me, I have had personal introduction conversations with almost all colleagues within the Research & Innovation department - and yes, there were more than 100!

Doing what makes you happy
One of the most rewarding experiences for me was guiding a colleague through a career change within Danone. Watching him retrain and eventually land his dream job was a true highlight and gave me a lot of satisfaction. The great thing about Danone is that you are always encouraged to step outside your role and do exactly what makes you happy.
Countless opportunities
Ever since I started working at Danone as a Talent Manager, I have felt a strong connection with the Research & Innovation department. However, I’m not ruling out new adventures down the road. From coaching to strategic roles and exploring different departments... there are so many possibilities here. I'm excited about the journey ahead and can't wait to see where my growth takes me. Trust me; I'm just getting started at Danone!
