The key mission of this role is to support the Danone North America business by partnering closely with internal teams and service providers to create a safe, welcoming, and well-run workplace at the White Plains or Louisville Headquarters. This role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring a positive employee experience, and helping the facility operate smoothly and securely.

The Facilities Experience Lead works collaboratively with Sodexo, Danone’s 3^rd party workplace services provider, to support day-to-day office operations, including workplace services, reception, security, and employee-facing amenities. This partnership represents a new service delivery model and serves as a pilot approach that may be expanded to manufacturing locations across North America where appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Support Sodexo in the operation of the workspace, reception, security and employee services, with a strong focus on service quality standards, deadlines, proper procedures, safety, consistency, and an engaging workplace experience.
• Act as a resource for employees by helping address questions, concerns, or challenges related to the office environment, including safety and comfort, and guiding employees to appropriate solutions or support.
• Assist in reviewing service performance and activity reports with Sodexo and internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation and helping identify areas for improvement and alignment with established standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Sodexo team lead to help maintain service and a positive employee-facing experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by reviewing workplace processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall employee experience.

• Provide assistance with facilities-related tasks, including coordinating repairs, reporting security concerns, and supporting branding updates as directed
• Troubleshoot facilities issues with Sodexo and tenant property managers.
• Perform research, develop potential solutions, and create a scope of work documents to be reviewed and approved for Founda!
• Help facilitate building sustainability and recycle initiatives while partnering with internal Danone groups

• Coordinate with Comms and Executive Assistants on the needs of meeting rooms and event schedules
• Responsible for maintaining a professional image of the company by keeping office areas, conference rooms, loading docks, and break rooms in good condition.
• Serve as the first, on-site point of contact for level of issue resolution with escalating complex scenarios to be handled by supervisor.
  

The salary range for this position is $85k-100k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.  Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of relevant experience

• Must be proficient using (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required)
• Working knowledge of basic office equipment
• Must be organized and with high degree of accuracy
