Looking for an internship where you can help shape the online visibility of some of Danone's most loved brands?
Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry? Would you like to gain hands-on experience working across leading categories such as plant-based, dairy, water and specialized nutrition?
Join our Belgian Sales team as an E-commerce Intern and contribute to the development of Danone's online presence across retailers, pure players and e-pharmacies.
For 6 months, you will support our two E-commerce Managers in driving Danone's e-commerce ambitions in Belgium. Our goal is to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience by ensuring high-quality product content, optimizing online search performance and activating engaging digital campaigns.
You will work across Danone's four categories: Plant-Based, Dairy, Waters and Specialized Nutrition, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Shopper Marketing teams.
Your key responsibilities
Content Quality
You will help ensure that our products are accurately and attractively represented across online platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination and organization of e-commerce projects.
- Creating and maintaining high-quality product and brand content.
- Sharing product information and data with our customers.
- Updating content on customer platforms.
- Maintaining accurate information in internal systems to support Sales and Marketing teams.
Online Search (SEO)
You will contribute to improving the visibility of our brands and products across online retailers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Marketing and Digital teams to define relevant keywords for each category.
- Ensuring optimized product information across e-commerce platforms.
- Conducting competitor benchmark analyses.
- Supporting initiatives to improve product visibility and search performance across different retailers.
Online Activations
You will support the implementation of online activations designed to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Shopper Marketing team to optimize online visibility.
- Supporting the creation of banners, promotional messages and e-mail campaigns.
- Assisting with agency briefings and following up on creative deliverables.
What you will learn

- E-commerce strategy within a leading FMCG company.
- Retail, pure-player and e-pharmacy environments.
- SEO and online product visibility optimization.
- Digital activation and shopper marketing.
- Data analysis and performance tracking through Danone's brand analytics tools.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Key Account teams.
You will also work with our analytics tools to monitor key e-commerce performance indicators and support action plans aimed at improving results across customers and channels.
As part of Danone Belgium's Sales team, you will work closely with the two E-commerce Managers, Shopper Marketeers and Key Account Managers, giving you a broad understanding of how leading consumer brands are marketed and sold online.
About you
You are curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced commercial environment.
You are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Interested in the FMCG industry and passionate about the digital and online environment.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Available full-time for a 6 months internship starting january 2027 and able to work from our Brussels office.
In addition, you:
