YOUR responsibilities:
You will be part of the IPRO team (which stands for Innovation & Productivity Realization office), in the Operations department and will report to the IPRO Lead. Together with the other Operations teams, IPRO manages innovations (or other product changes) all the way from the ideation and development of our products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves. In this role you will closely work together with the Project Manager and support this person on the operational coordination of all Innovations & Renovations for Dairy category. Hereby you secure that the new products end up on the retailers’ shelf; on time, within quality and at the lowest cost.
- Act as single point of contact with Bucharest factory and internal Operations department
- Work in cross-functional teams with IPRO, Marketing, Sales, R&I and Finance and collaborate on a daily basis with other Operations teams (Customer Service, Planning, Master Data and Quality)
- Be the local Project Coordinator for secure and productivity projects
- Create and animate the operational timeline and warn about risks and deviations from the plan; all the way from setting up the Master Data to shipping to our customer warehouses
- Support the Supply Planning (DPC) team on all phase-in/phase-outs linked to the activities
- Ensure on-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters
About you
We are looking for an Activity Coordinator CEE with the following profile:
- You have obtained a university degree and relevant working experience for at least 2 years
- Preferably experience in a Supply or Demand Planning role
- Project Coordination experience and knowledge is highly valued
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must within this position
- If, in addition, you have an analytical mindset with knowledge of Excel you might be the person we are looking for!
