The global Danone HR Digitalization Center of Excellence team is recruiting an HR Digitalization Manager – Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support, with the focus working on designing and delivering the enhancements in the Talent Management module of our SuccessFactors suite in alignment to the upgraded Talent Management ambition and process.

Context of the team:

HR Digitalization Manager Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support will report into HR Digitalization Stream Leader- SF sHaRe. Day-to-day activities will include interact with internal stakeholders, e.g. Global Talent COE team, ITHR, zone/CBU HR & Talent teams as well as other HR function colleagues.

The position provides a great opportunity to co-build the next era of technology supporting Talent Management process for Danone. It will provide learning with regards to the Talent philosophy/ambition/process; exposure to be part of a creation journey of a global process & model; opportunity to work in a highly international team & interact with local Danone colleagues all around the world.

This position is based in our global HQ in Paris.

Your main responsibilities is to bring the Talent Management and Rewards strategy and ambition to life, in line with the overall Danone’s HR Digitalization and Talent roadmap, with key focus on the following topics:

Talent and Rewards Process in SF- sHaRe:

  • Analyze all the feedbacks received from previous campaign, prioritize and turn ideas and feedbacks into action, especially the previous year performance, calibration, annual salary review and short term incentive process, finding ideas to simplify, harmonize and continuously improve the process
  • Drive the change management process: from design to test, build user guides, training materials, Train the trainers, etc.
  • Main deliverable of this mission is to coordinate all the phases of the 2025/26 campaign, from feedback analysis, prioritization, risk management, lead the planning, sign-off, build, test, User acceptance test, data quality, data preparation, go/no go, etc. As well as in parallel build the change management required.
  • Design & animate the design discussion with global Rewards,  Talent COE & ITHR teams in terms of defining objectives to support the new Talent roadmap (new Potential Model, Talent review process, Expertise framework, etc.), propose options & refine design based on business as well as employee experience needs; facilitate sign-off of the 2024 process deliverables in sHaRe with the relevant business owners
  • Monitor the delivery of the process and coordinate issues/topics arising from the development phase; Identify interdependencies and risks, anticipate & raise flags as fast as possible when risk on project delivery (resources, time, …), help on the prioritization.
  • Team up with the Talent COE team to animate the communication with Talent community & make sure the data/process/user experiences factors around the topics are well understood and adopted by the users (global & local)
  • Oversee the delivery of materials in the right format & answering in the most efficient manners all the changes + the new mindset: training, activation plan, communications for different channels.
  • Take the feedback of users and incorporate into the future roadmap preparation.
  • Support the communications with HR digitalization Talent steercos & relevant governance bodies.

 

 

Talent Card in SF- sHaRe:

  • Design & animate the design discussion of the Talent Card by identifying the different use cases/user journeys
  • Advise the user journey of Talent Card in different talent processes / identifying efficiency opportunities as well as risks
  • Develop & execute within the timeframe the talent card roadmap

 

People Conversation in SF suite:

  • Support the people conversation cycle, contribute to the enhancement discussion with relevant stakeholders (Talent COE, Rewards COE, IT HR) with regards to Campaign timeline, impact and changes needed in sHaRe, etc.
  • Stronger focus on the Objective Setting & Development Conversation campaign – collecting HR and end users feedbacks, aligning stakeholders, build a mid-long term roadmap and continuously enhance the functionalities, training, change mgmt., user adoption and support to equip the HR, Danoners and Team Leaders with a better user experience.

And work together with the HR IT Access&Reporting team to build repors that support the campaigns, organize UATas and work hand-in-hand with the HR Cycles Data Steward to ensure education, training and support to all the communities in terms of key talent data elements.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

 

Experience:

  • 6+ years in HR digitalization, talent management (including talent review, talent development, mobility, etc.) and/or project management roles.
  • Proven experience with HR digital tools specific to talent management systems.
  • Expertise with talent management platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Talent, Oracle Talent Cloud).
  • Proven track record in project management implementing PM approaches (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
  • Be comfortable with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR metrics.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.                                                   
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Interested in the digital space with the mindset of driving business ROI as well as employee experience
  • Comfortable of learning & using technology concepts and apply them in day-to-day work
