About the job
As the HCP Performance Management Lead for Danone’s Specialized Nutrition business, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a best-in-class performance management framework to monitor Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement globally. This includes developing and managing a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) dashboard to deliver accurate, consistent, and actionable insights. You will enable the deployment of granular, compliant local dashboards in partnership with Country Business Units (CBUs), supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
This role plays a critical part in leveraging data and insights to drive the implementation of Danone’s Category Demand Generation model, enhance field force effectiveness, and accelerate the digital transformation of HCP engagement.
As part of this role, your key responsibilities are...
on HCP Engagement Performance Monitoring:
- Design and lead a global HCP engagement performance measurement framework aligned with Specialized Nutrition strategic priorities.
- Define and standardize KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting methodologies worldwide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., MCE, CRM, Martech) and IT teams to integrate data sources into Danone’s cloud infrastructure.
on SSOT Dashboard Development & Governance:
- Develop and maintain an automated, scalable SSOT dashboard to centrally track global HCP engagement KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
- Coordinate closely with CBUs and regional teams to ensure alignment and governance.
- Partner with global IT and analytics teams to industrialize and future-proof reporting capabilities.
on Performance Insights & Strategic Recommendations:
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide high-impact insights and recommendations to global, regional, and CBU stakeholders.
on Omnichannel Transformation Enablement:
- Collaborate with MCE and digital teams to design and deploy omnichannel engagement use cases.
- Leverage Danone’s data assets to enable scalable implementation of digital initiatives.
- Work closely with analytics and IT teams to support the execution of advanced analytics use cases.
on HC&CE Sales Performance reporting
- Guide/coordinate the Sales Channel Performance for Healthcare and Channels team at Danone, including updating SN Factbook.
- Provide holistic healthcare and channels insights focusing on critical cells.
Job Dimensions:
Scope: Global responsibility for HCP engagement performance management and data & analytics transformation within Specialized Nutrition.
Collaboration: Extensive cross-functional (MCE, IT, Digital, Finance, Strategy & Insights) and cross-regional (CBUs, regional hubs) collaboration is essential.
Tools & Systems: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of data cloud platforms and CRM tools.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in performance management or data analytics roles, ideally in healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG.
- Advanced analytical skills and fluency in using Microsoft tools, Power BI etc. Understanding of cloud ecosystem (Microsoft Azure).
- Proven experience designing and deploying performance frameworks and SSOT dashboards in a global environment. Experience managing data flows from source systems to performance dashboards.
- Excellent analytical understanding of sales data – financials, market share, distribution, TDP, price index, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across all levels of the organization.
