As the HCP Performance Management Lead for Danone’s Specialized Nutrition business, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a best-in-class performance management framework to monitor Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement globally. This includes developing and managing a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) dashboard to deliver accurate, consistent, and actionable insights. You will enable the deployment of granular, compliant local dashboards in partnership with Country Business Units (CBUs), supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
This role plays a critical part in leveraging data and insights to drive the implementation of Danone’s Category Demand Generation model, enhance field force effectiveness, and accelerate the digital transformation of HCP engagement.

Job Dimensions:
Scope: Global responsibility for HCP engagement performance management and data & analytics transformation within Specialized Nutrition.
Collaboration: Extensive cross-functional (MCE, IT, Digital, Finance, Strategy & Insights) and cross-regional (CBUs, regional hubs) collaboration is essential.
Tools & Systems: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of data cloud platforms and CRM tools.
