This internship will take place in Paris, at our La Fayette headquarters starting from 05/01/2026.

 

Tutor's Pierre, HR Analytics & Data Governance Manager in the People Insights & Data team will  guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

 

The intern will play a crucial role in increasing engagement with our HR dashboards by implementing various strategies and action plans. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR analytics and data governance.

 

 

Responsibilities:

The people insights & reporting team is engaged in developing dashboards to support the HR in its goal to be data-driven function. To reinforce usage on its “my hr dashboards”, an action plan has been presented with six main pillars:

  • Make it known: Present dashboards in all HR communities and include dashboard references in any data communication. Prepare quarterly digest reports and ensure dashboards are included in teams' routines.
  • Make it accessible: Develop ad-hoc access when possible, adjust to new access management principles, and build links from sHaRe.
  • Make it simple: Simplify existing dashboards and adopt a purpose-oriented approach.
  • Make it fit to need: Survey frequent and non-frequent users, develop new dashboards, and adjust existing ones to meet user needs.
  • Make it trusted: Certify dashboards as SSOT, communicate on data quality, and measure trust through KPIs. Document definitions and ensure a good understanding among HR community.
  • Make it fun: Organize challenges, find new ways of communication, and share best practices and success stories.

The HR Dashboard engagement intern will support this action plan towards an increase in dashboard usage and trust.

 

The candidate will develop a user-oriented approach to propose adjustments on existing dashboards. He/She will reinforce communication around dashboards to foster knowledge and support documentation around KPIs definition and to support building a KPI Dictionary.

Supporting the DATA & DIGITALLY Driven pillar of Danone’s People Strategy, the intern will contribute to other activities toward the ambition “HR PROTECTED QUALITY DATA enabling informed DECISION MAKING” including cross functions data project and data governance activities.

About you

For this position, we are looking for someone:

  • Available from January 2026 for a duration of 6 months
  • At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other language is a plus).
  • Community animation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerBI, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and data management is a plus.
