YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Join Danone’s Global Quality & Food Safety (QFS) function, where Data & Digital are strategic enablers of our Quality vision. You will contribute to the run (operations) of the enterprise Quality platform powered by Veeva, supporting global users and driving adoption and continuous improvement.

This contract will take place in Gif sur Yvette, at our Danone Research & Innovation Center, starting from January 2026 for a fixed period of 6 months. Within the QFS Team, you will report to Youssef, QFS Digital Solutions Manager. Your main responsibilities will focus on:

• 30% — Run & Incident Management

   

  • Triage and follow up Requests and complex incidents (L3/L4), coordinate fixes with IT and product teams.

  • Monitor platform health, usage and license consumption; proactively surface risks and recurring pain points.

• 20% — Administration & Configuration
  • Support user provisioning, roles and permissions.
  • Execute supervised configuration changes (workflows, picklists, metadata) following change-control.
• 20% — Demand Intake & Backlog
  • Collect business needs, translate into user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain the product backlog and help prepare review ceremonies (refinement/review).
• 15% — Reporting & Adoption KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards on usage, SLAs and value realization (e.g., cycle time, first‑time‑right).
  • Support monthly run reviews and RCA/continuous improvement actions.
• 10% — Documentation & Enablement
  • Update user guides, quick reference cards and release notes.
  • Co‑facilitate training sessions and office hours for end‑users.
• 5% — Compliance & Data Quality
  • Contribute to audit‑readiness evidence (change logs, training records).
  • Perform spot checks on master data quality and process adherence.
