We are looking for a structured and technically skilled intern to support the coordination and documentation of Data & Analytics initiatives within the Quality domain.
The intern will conduct stakeholder interviews, collect and formalize business and data requirements, and prepare structured project documentation.
In addition, this role will contribute to project coordination, portfolio maintenance, and the deployment of the SPC (Statistical Process Control) program, ensuring consistent follow-up, data review, and documentation quality.
This internship will take place in Gif Sur Yvette, at our R&I Center starting from January 2026.
YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
Conduct stakeholder interviews and perform initial assessments to capture business and data requirements
Document and structure requirements into standardized project deliverables (charters, specifications, trackers)
Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and dashboards
Maintain the project portfolio and ensure timely updates on deliverables and milestones
Support coordination of Data & Analytics projects and SPC program rollout
Review and interpret SPC-related data (CPK, PPK, control charts) to support requirement definition and documentation
Maintain knowledge repositories (SharePoint, Excel, Teams) and ensure version control
Collaborate with analytics and engagement teams to ensure alignment of documentation and communication materials

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:
Background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Data Analytics
Advanced proficiency in Excel (data cleaning, pivot tables, automation, dashboards)
Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX formulas, and visual storytelling
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and preparing datasets
Python knowledge is an advantage (data manipulation, visualization, or scripting)
Basic Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) concepts is a plus
Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables in a structured way
