Territory Sales Manager

About the job

Support to drive usage and maintain sales systems (Sales Force Automation) and effectively develop territory, increase
customer base and vertical growth, sets goals and provides permanent coaching. Liaise between customers, sales team,
public and the company. Organises and manages field sales resources to execute and optimise the channel plan by outlet to
deliver the profit, volume, sales drivers activation, market leadership and Danone brand building objectives expressed in
the commercial plan, while ensuring a good payment record.

About you

• A degree in business administration or any relevant course of study
• Strong influencing & leadership skills
• profound understanding of the Retail landscape
• Strong commercial background (Sales- and Marketing) of between 5 – 8 years
• A proven track record in FMCG Sales with large customers
• In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Experienced user of sales CRM systems like Salesforce
