CARING FOR THE HEALTH OF OTHERS
My family has a history of health issues and using Danone’s Silk® brand nutmilk is helping to keep my family healthier. It’s important to me that I work for a company that cares for the health of consumers, and I love knowing my family is benefiting from our products.

There is an openness and culture of LBGTQ+ inclusion at Danone North America. I came out while working at Danone and my co-workers have been very supportive.
I feel welcome and comfortable bringing my whole self to work, and look forward to getting more involved with our PRIDE employee resource group.
WE MAKE TIME TO GIVE BACK
We’re able to get outside our manufacturing plant to volunteer in our communities. We’ve done local roadside clean-ups, developed community “forest gardens” to increase access to local fresh food, though, as a former football player, my favorite community service project was when we painted the locker rooms for the local children’s football league.
OUR TEAMS COACH AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER
This job changed the way I see manufacturing. It helped me to see the industry as an essential part of the economy and know that we’re all essential, too.
It was during my time as a Lab Technician that I first felt like Danone was the right place for me. You can learn something new every day and there is a pathway for growth. One day, I hope to move into a Corporate Planning position.
