About the job
This position is responsible for external strategy development and excellent execution in Japan by leading two teams (shopper activation, category management).
Shopper needs and shopping habits (purchasing channel) become diversified. Thus, single template of customer selling story is no longer meaningful. This position is developing fit-for-use/ tailored customer selling story based on standard selling story which developed by sales strategy & G2M team for key channel & customer.
At key customer, Danone will penetrate more in category growth, not manufacturer/ brand growth via category management, and help for building stronger relationship with key customer (Joint Business Planning).
In-store execution with excellence is also key role of this team that developing execution guideline, shopper needs based customer event/ promotion and managing sales A&P budget.
With these purposes, deeper collaboration with sales customer team is an essential. Also timely and periodically providing feedback of field sales to sales HQ team is expected.
