Global P2P Process Excellence Manager

We are looking for a Global P2P Process Excellence Manager who will join the global team to help to deliver game changing projects in the P2P area.
You will be at the heart of the P2P transformation to greatly improve the tools we are using; no tool is complete without a great process and KPIs in place: you will also be able to improve, standardize and streamline P2P processes for the whole worldwide community.

Let's go into more details of your main responsibilities:

• Supporting and leading design, building and deployment of tools and processes within the global DBS P2P community
• Identifying root causes for recurring issues and implementing permanent solutions, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring end-to-end P2P process excellence by applying & implementing process standardization and harmonization
• Cooperating with parties across DBS organization including IOPC, IT, C&P, Corporate, regional, business units
• Ensuring that processes / systems continuous improvement are compliant with Company policies and with the DANgo controls, in cooperation with IC team and DBS P2P leads

We expect you to have:

• Several years of relevant experience in an international environment
• Understanding of end-to-end P2P process
• Strong change management and stakeholder management skills, able to engage at more level within the organization to inform about changes, address resistance and drive buy-in
• Advanced analytical skills to monitor, analyze data and identify trends; prepare regular updates to communicate performance insights and highlight areas for optimization
• Fluent English
