Strategic HRBP role, partnering with the VP IT & Data APAC and Global Marketing and Specialized Nutrition to develop and deliver the regional People and Orga strategy, acting as a true thinking partner. This role will also take on the HR leadership for a significant transformation project for the IT & Data function globally. From an employee point of view: the position is the primary point of contact for IT & Data in Malaysia and APAC Zone on all employee-related matters (from hire to retire). Some key activities include workforce planning, talent management and development, headcount, FTE and budget management, performance management, on-boarding program, and employee engagement program. This position requires the incumbent to be able to connect with, understand and influence a diverse group of stakeholders.

As our IT HRBP, you’ll:

1. Partner strategically with the VP IT & Data APAC and global leaders to drive the regional People & Org strategy.
2. Lead HR for a major global transformation project in IT & Data.
3. Be the go-to HR partner for IT & Data teams across Malaysia and the APAC Zone.

 

You’ll play a pivotal role in workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and culture-building—while influencing diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration across regions.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline. 

• At least 10 years of experiences from HR related. 
• HR generalist knowledge.
• HRBP experience, managing multiple geographies or regional experience.
• Business partnering and service-oriented mindset.
• Listening skills.
• Able to support change & transformation.
