Strategic Insights & Analytics Specialist (fixed-term contract – 18 months)

YOUR responsibilities as a Strategic Insights & Analytics Specialist will include (but are not limited to):

  • Generate key performance indicator reports to track and improve our performance.
  • Prepare data and insights for meetings, with close collaboration with team members.
  • Conduct local brand analysis using YouGov and Nielsen data
  • Provide monthly updates on innovations, keeping the team informed about the latest developments.
  • Support CE Marketing teams with data consolidations, fostering cross-team collaboration.
  • Manage YouGov and Nielsen data for Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, and assist in managing brand equity and ad-hoc studies for dairy brands.
  • Proactively fuel the innovation agenda with new market products and contribute to brand building by adding value to brand positioning and content.

About you

We are looking for a Strategic Insights & Analytics Specialist with the following profile:

Essential skills

  • University degree in the field of Marketing /Sociology/Economics
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of market research/consumer insights
  • Excellent (spoken and written) communication skills in both Hungarian and English
  • Proven skillset in data management systems (Advanced MS Office, especially Excel high-level usage is a must, including Pivot Tables, Excel advanced functions, etc. (experience with PowerPivot, Excel VBA macros, Power BI is an advantage but not a must)
  • Proven experience with Nielsen Retail Index and related software, experience with YouGov HH Panel
  • Proven track record in project management and marketing research
  • Ability to consolidate information into insights, actions, trends, and clear recommendations

  • Strong analytical mind, ability to work with complex data, and ability to translate learnings into clear insights
  • Positive attitude with a problem-solver mindset
